Dubrovnik - Croatia

My favorite port on our Mediterranean trip was this seaside city, Dubrovnik...... the wall surrounding it was started as early as the 12th century, but completed in the 17th (according to the literature provided us).... the wall is reinforced by 3 circular towers and 14 rectangular ones.... We walked almost the whole way around, but it was quite warm..... View of the Walled City from the Ship Our Favorite Spot for a Bite to Eat- Cafe Buza You Must Walk THROUGH the Wall to Get There! If only we had worn our bathing suits under our clothes..... their were steps down to the Aegean..... Walled City and Beyond Dominican Monastery
