My favorite port on our Mediterranean trip was this seaside city, Dubrovnik...... the wall surrounding it was started as early as the 12th century, but completed in the 17th (according to the literature provided us).... the wall is reinforced by 3 circular towers and 14 rectangular ones.... We walked almost the whole way around, but it was quite warm.....
